Claron Wang, founder of Claron Studio

Hi, I'm Claron

Let's make your data work for you

Forecasting, dashboards, and custom analyses for smaller businesses across any industry.

Experience from

EY‑Parthenon Kroger GE Aerospace Cornell University That's So Sweet!

I bring enterprise‑level analytics to small & medium‑sized businesses through report automation, case‑by‑case statistical analysis, and custom visuals — so you can make decisions with confidence, not on a hunch.

What I do

Where most owners start

Every engagement is scoped to your business, with these four coming up again and again.

Executive dashboards

One live view of sales, revenue, and margin — the numbers you actually run the business on, updated without anyone rebuilding a spreadsheet.

Demand & inventory forecasting

Know what to make, order, and stock. Less waste at the end of the day, fewer sell-outs at the worst possible moment.

Data consolidation & automation

POS, accounting, spreadsheets, and email exports pulled into one clean source — so the weekly report builds itself instead of eating your Sunday.

The question you can't answer yet

Pricing tests, customer retention, staffing patterns, marketing spend. If it's a real question and there's data behind it, bring it to the call.

How it works

Four simple steps, at no cost

Currently accepting five projects at no cost to the owner to build out my portfolio.

01

Discovery call

A free 30-minute conversation covering your business objectives, the questions you need answered, and where your data currently lives. Together, we'll work through what you need and determine how I can best help.

02

Scope and proposal

I'll send a written proposal covering what I'll deliver and the timeline, at no cost to you. We refine it together until it fits.

03

Build and deliver

I do the work, check in at agreed points, and hand off something you can actually use — plus a walkthrough so you know how to use it.

04

Handoff and support

You get the dashboard, the documentation, and 30 days of support for questions that come up once you're using it day to day.

Why I started this

The best analytics work happens close to the owner

A project that truly stuck with me was sitting across the table from a bakery owner, figuring out how many cookies she should bake to satisfy her customers.

Five summers of analytics inside Fortune 500 companies taught me how rigorous analyses get built. Small and medium businesses have the same data questions large companies do. They just can't justify a full-time analyst. That's the gap I work in.
